PMS 2.0 1647 - TNF Recap, NFL Week 6 Preview/Picks, Utah Jazz and Mammoth Owner Ryan Smith, Nick Saban, Ian Rapoport, Stanford Steve, & AJ Hawk

McAfeeWe're waiting for him to get past the blood thinner spot to get back on the field. Once again, none of this matters. His life is what matters. But whenever we're projecting Philadelphia Eagles decisions like the trade they made today, that is what they're taking into account as well. And Joe Milton becoming a member of the Philadelphia Eagles, seen him at Tennessee, seen him in New England.

McAfeeNow he's down in Dallas. Now he is heading to the Philadelphia Eagles. What should we expect? Because they also have McKee in the backup quarterback role right now.

RapoportYeah.

RapoportYeah, I mean, McKee is going to start. They have a rookie, Cole Payton, I believe, is the other rookie on the roster. But, you know, you need someone to really come in and be the backup and play if the starter can't play. And Joe Milton is very talented.

RapoportIf you've seen him throw, you know he's pretty talented.

RapoportHas not been able to stick in a 53 -man roster. Has been on the Cowboys practice squad.

RapoportSo he's a little insurance for the Eagles, someone who could come in and play backup quarterback. and if he has to come in and start and play, okay, then we'll, you know, he's done it before and we'll see what he has. But the rules are that when you take someone of someone else's practice squad, you have to be on the roster for three games.
