KapadiaNow that wasn't, you know, Bo Nix carrying them, but that's against one of the best defenses in the NFL. They went down the field, nine plays, 14 plays, whatever it was. I thought their O -line, which is a big factor for this team, was dominant in that first half. Like they were moving people off the ball.
KapadiaThe protection was good. So that's a positive. And then in the second half, their defense took over the game. I mean, Nick Benito was incredible in that game. Their defensive backs played well. So there's like a lot of good stuff happening with the Broncos team. I understand. I just went on a rant about Bo Nick.
KapadiaSo I'm part of the problem.
Kapadiabut you know, we understand why you talk about the quarterback so much, but there's a, a scenario where Bo next plays more like he played last year. The offense plays more like they played last year and that this is a Superbowl contender. It just takes some time. It takes some ups and downs.
KapadiaIt takes some rants, rants from podcasters and Amazon postgame commentators to get there. But I think kind of the bones of this team, you know, I think there's a lot of good stuff going on with that.
PelisseroI was thinking about what we were talking about and what I said going into this game. We previewed it on Wednesday, which was your money in the skill spots. That generally should lead you to who are going to be the playmakers. The signature move of the offseason, trading a first -round pick for Jalen Waddell.
PelisseroAnd the production just hasn't been there outside of one game. Last night, Jalen Waddell, four catches for 24 yards and seven targets. Where's Cortland Sutton? I asked that on Wednesday.
