Because the Seahawks' strengths are all of the Broncos' weaknesses where the Seahawks' defense is fewest yards per game's allowed and that's where the Broncos rank second to last in the league of yards per game.

GilThey're struggling on passing yards per game. that's the Seahawks strength is fewest passing yards per game the one part of maybe a weakness in the Seahawks defense is they allow you know a decent amount of rushing yards but that's the Broncos weakness weakness on offense they can't rush the ball this year so on paper it seems like this isn't going to go well for the Broncos and they did make that change last week and it didn't really seem to

Gilhave a ton of impact but now you have an extra week of that I think the unsatisfying part about this game is six months ago, eight months ago, whatever it was, this is a Super Bowl matchup people were longing for. And now you have this game week five, week six of the season this year.

GilAnd it's not really a game that I think people are longing for just because of how much the Broncos have been struggling and the Seahawks are trying to figure things out too. So very quickly, they went from like the cream of the crop. And I feel like the Seahawks are still there and the Broncos, if they figure it out, will be up there in the AFC.

GilBut right now, I don't think anyone's looking at this as a potential Super Bowl preview where eight months ago, this is the game they wanted to see. I

Pelisserostill think it can be. And frankly, if Bo Nix doesn't break his foot on the next to last play in the divisional playoff game, that might have been the Super Bowl last year. This Broncos team, they don't have Jonathan Cooper right now. He's on the exempt list. I would think they get him back at some point.
