KapadiaHow much are we crediting the Eagles defense? How much of it is just the Rams offense having a tough day? I think overall, the Eagles defense did enough to win the game.

KapadiaThe same time, again, 10 -play, 98 -yard drive, 10 -play, 79 -yard drive to end the game. You just needed somebody to make one play there at the end. It's like the Super Bowl we covered, Rich. It doesn't have to be perfect, but if the game's close at the end, you need one person to come up with the turnover, with the sack, with the stop, and they were unable to do that there.

KapadiaSo it's been a strange four games for the Eagles defense. I would say overall, not as good as we were anticipating.

KapadiaBut I think definitely, if you ask me, which side of the ball do I feel more confident in to get it together? And at some point, maybe by Halloween, maybe by Thanksgiving, whatever, we're talking about, nope, this side of the ball is actually really good. It's a no -brainer, right? Everybody would say the defense.

HofmannWell, and the Phillies lost too, which I think, I thought Vic had a much better game too. True. That's no, he's ready. No coincidence. He wasn't watching any games yesterday. There was no game one of the NLDS to watch. Just, just Rams film.

HofmannYeah. I, I take your point on some of the Stafford misses. He's Stafford was a weird player today and that it felt like he either was making like a plus throws.

HofmannAnd some of those did get dropped. Like you said, or he was just way off. Like, you know, on some of those touchdown drives, it's like Jihad Campbell is, is trailing the guy in coverage and he gets back shoulder. And then it's like, he couldn't miss. Yeah.
