Giltheir, you know, players already. He didn't bring any of his own guys here to kind of fit his scheme. So I feel like pulling the plug in the middle of the season is not going to solve anything for them.

PelisseroThey are starting. I think there's little signs of them moving toward maybe some of the players who are a better fit. Like you've seen more of Kamani Vidal. You've certainly seen more of Keaton Mitchell. They drafted a young speedy receiver who's been hurt basically the entire season.

PelisseroThey were built for a long time. They're built for the Greg Roman style. Greg Roman was the only offensive coordinator Jim Harbaugh had ever had in the NFL until now. This is the first time they're doing something different. And when you think about Greg Roman's system, it's that diversified run game. And we're big and we're physical really on both sides of the football.

PelisseroMike McDaniel's offense is all about movement from the offensive lineman being able to get out and block in space. to the speed threat guys on the perimeter, in the backfield. That's not really what the Chargers had drafted to. And so you're kind of in this transition phase. I don't see any way that they're firing Jim Harbaugh.

PelisseroIt would absolutely shock me. He's won too many games. They have too much invested in him. They owe him over $30 million over the next two years through 2028. That's just not a guy that I expect that they're going to pull the plug on. So then it's all right. Let's say they do fall to 0 -6.

PelisseroAre you coming to Mike and saying, hey, we need you to run more of the schemes that we've run in the past.

PelisseroHow does Mike react to that? Is it, hey, we need to really just like hone in, maybe strip things down and simplify them, fewer motions and things like that, just to kind of go back to a base level.
