Eagles-Panthers, Mailbag, and Phillies Misery

BermanAnd he said he's not ready to go there. at uh which i thought was an interesting response he said he's so focused on this is on on this team

Bermanand a few seconds go by and he turns he says it's a great question though um and i'm not saying that like to point out that i asked a great question i'm pointing it out because like this is a big part of jalen's i you know like this is i don't want to say like ptsd like it's something that that's it's a defining moment in in in his life it's

Kapadiathe defining moment and i think we can say I don't know. You know him. You know him well. I don't know him well. But just as somebody who has followed his career and I know he won a Super Bowl, I think that was the defining moment of his career. He can he will never.

KapadiaI believe now maybe one day I'll talk about this to a great reporter like Zach Berman and it will make a great feature or a great book or a great video clip or something else. I don't believe he has ever gotten over that. I don't think I don't believe he ever will get over that.

KapadiaYou can you're right. The clip, you know, the clip Saban's talking about it and he talks about the whole process. All right. We're talking. I go in at halftime. We walk in and I say we got to make a quarterback change. And Brian table's first question was who's going to tell him? Yes.

KapadiaAnd so Saban's like, well, I guess that means you don't want to tell him. So I guess I will. So Saban said, I'm going to tell. But they show the clip. And, you know, he's not going up to him and having like a heart -to -heart talk about. He basically says, Tua, you're up.

KapadiaI mean, I don't know. Did he even say anything in that clip to Hertz? Like, I watched it once or twice. I don't think he said anything to Hertz. He's like, Hertz is there. He's basically like, Tua, you're going in the game.
