NBA Day One Reactions, Plus Blake Griffin and Peter Berg (Two Interviews!)

BillAnd I think the Celtics, a, they don't know who the five is. They started Jordan Walsh today, who I think played one of the least out of any, any swing, but, um, they're, they need to figure out it's probably Pritchard and white and it's Tatum and it's a center and it's Paul George, but then maybe it's not a center and maybe it's Tatum as a small ball center and maybe Shireman needs to be out there.

BillMaybe Pritchard doesn't need to be out there.

BillThese are decisions that you're just making game to game.

BillAnd I think it's good for the regular season. And I still think this team will be in the mid fifties.

BillUm, I, I, that was, I think my favorite bet, 50 plus bets for the wins for the Celtics.

BillWhen we get to the playoffs, they better figure out who the five is at the end of these games. Um, my money would be on Shireman having a bigger impact as the season went along. Hugo was terrible tonight. Hugo had an unbelievable preseason and I think he only played nine minutes today. It wasn't about the offense.

BillCade kind of abused him a couple of times. Like he went in specifically to guard Cade and couldn't do it. So opening the floodgates for everybody going, oh, that's the guy you wouldn't give up in the honest trade. That's not the actual story of the honest trade. Just to remind everybody one more time, they made one offer for Giannis.
