The Bears Go All In, the Brew Wrecking Crew, Yaxel-Mania, a Mega-Mailbag, and Week 8 NFL Picks

PelisseroWe want Cam Ward to keep getting better. We want the offense to keep getting better. If you're the Bears, remember they traded.

PelisseroCan we

Billstay on the Titans for a second? Yeah, go for it. To me, this is, it's not going to happen with Cam Ward.

BillWe're going to be rebooting all of this and let's just start now. Because from everything we've seen from Cam Ward, I don't see it. I don't see anything to be excited about. And I don't think, I just don't see the franchise QB thing with him. So you do this partly because you realize even if we hit our draft picks, even if we hit a couple more free agency stuff, are we going to be any good next year?

BillProbably not with this quarterback situation because I don't think he's playable.

PelisseroI would say they're more positive in the building than externally just because they're seeing the small steps of Cam Ward getting better. And he's a guy who nobody, including in the pre -draft process, Like no one questions how hard this dude works, how, how much he wants to be great, how he applies it.

PelisseroIt's just, they've been a mess. He's had three different play callers in a year and a half in the NFL. Like they've done everything wrong in Tennessee in terms of like getting this guy on track. But now you feel like you're starting to see it a little bit with Brian Dable calling the offense.
