In context
RaheemAnd we all know moving off a key number, especially three, which lands 15 % of the time, it puts you in a bad spot if you're taking three and a half on a game, which opened two and a half. So I'm never going to give out a bet on the bears and excuse me, not the bears, the Rams in this spot.
RaheemSo I think at this point it's Buffalo or pass. One of the things that stands out to me is that if you go back, I think it's 2024 Josh Allen played out of his fucking mind against the Rams. It was like a 42, 40, I mean, it was, excuse me, 44, 42 game.
RaheemAnd that always stands out to me.
RaheemAnd I'm looking at this game and I feel like if DJ Moore is not playing, I think you could see a lot of James Cook.
RaheemAnd the thing that kind of scares me from a side perspective is that Matthew Stafford has been a turnover machine this year. He's thrown interceptions in every single game this year. One against the 49ers, one against the Giants, two against the Broncos and two against the Eagles. So if he doesn't slow down on this turnover bug, that's enough to keep the bills in the game, even with the bad defense.
RaheemSo gun to my head, I'm taking the bills plus three and a half. You get that hook. Like I said, three lands 15 percent of the time. So obviously the three is king in the NFL.
RaheemThis is a market. So, I mean, if you asked me this last week when it was two and a half, I'd be all over the Rams at three and a half. I think it's bills or pass, but I'm personally going to stay away. Now, the pick I really like, I'm going to go with Puka Nakua, over six and a half receptions.
