Haliburton on His Return, Preseason Thoughts, and Most Intriguing Players!

Lowelike I I just I guess I I can't I just I'm let if you had told me that the Warriors got a gem of a rookie who I think will make an all rookie team for sure I I would be more excited than this I would think but i'm just not i'm just not that excited i gotta say nick like it seemed like a scorcher when i said it last week and i don't think it's a scorcher at all

Lowei think the warriors are very much at risk of missing the play -in tournament not the playoffs the play -in tournament i think they're the 10th best team in the west and one of those teams behind them memphis or dallas is going to exceed expectations and i just don't really like this team and if steph misses 30 games and those 30 games overlap with Jimmy being out it's gonna be like kind of a nightmare yeah

Friedellthey aren't gonna make it and Zach to your point I like Yax a lot he fits very very well the only question I have is defensively is he going to be there every single night because all anybody says who's been around him since summer league when he won the MVP is the guy is huge he fits all over the floor, but there are times you watch him in summer league and at least early in the preseason and you're like,

Friedellall right, well, he can shoot the hell out of the ball, but is he going to bring that intensity that they want every night on the defensive end? That remains to be seen, but to the larger point about where they are as an organization, if you're banking on the Warriors being pretty good this year, potentially a fringe playoff team, you're banking on basically two guys not named step and their yaxel being in the running potentially for the rookie of

Friedellthe year if he's as good on both i'm not going i'm not going

Lowethere but you know we'll

Friedellsee he's got to get to a point where you trust him every single night and zach he's got to play and he's got to play well they don't have a lot of other options but the other point and it's crucial in any Warriors conversation, they have to have pods be a little bit better.
